We have removed a transfer/sticker from my daughter's nursery and some of the paint came away. Need sanding and re painting. One wall only. Small job for a paintwr decorator.

Finish sanding stair treads noting mainly it is the edges of the stair tread and sand the riser ready for staining. Bulk of the tread has been completed already. Sanding to be completed by Saturday ideally. Please quote separately for the staining.

Patch holes in the garage ceiling. Our plumber had to see where the pipes were when he installed our laundry. So he cut holes in the ceiling. We need to have them filled, plastered, make it look as good as possible. We don’t have the ceiling paint and are hoping we can get away without painting? We need this done between now and Thursday this week. Friday we’re having a building and pest inspection, we’re selling our house, this is why we need this task done asap.
