I need a pane of glass fitted into a wooden window frame The putty broke down so just needs putting in I have the glass

The shower screen has come off from the bottom end. Needs to be fixed.

I need help hanging a few pictures - about 4–6 screws in total across three different spots in my house in Duncraig.

1) Kitchen mods: Plane down (or sand down) ~1 mm of some kitchen panels (were removed to install new flooring, which is a bit higher than original flooring - see pics). Drill a hole for cable access into one kitchen cabinet, cut small piece in a side panel to allow for tile skirting. 2) Replace an interior door with a new one (std size, I will buy in bunnings) 3) Put back skirting (removed to install new flooring). It is a ~50-60 sqm area. 4) Potentially trim bottom of internal door for new flooring (I need to check whether needed) 5) Attach to wall two multitowel rails (not on tiles) Looking ideally to have done this week. More works may come later.

Ceiling is weathered. Cracks where boards join. I think it needs to be reset? Not sure. Just want this to be smooth and like new

Assemble 1x Gable Slider Shed 3m x 1.5m on concrete pavers. Install 8x concrete fixings (not essential - I can do this). Assemble 1x Narrow Slider Shed 3m x 0.78m on artificial turf (no fixings required). Assembly area on side of house with good access. Easy shed delivery due on the 18th Aug. 20th prefered for assembly but have some flexibility.

Curtain rod bracket times two from IKEA drilled into brick wall in bedroom (for curtains) Bedroom door handle changed over to knob set with privacy lock.

I’ve run out of time! Have 4 x new internal doors. Need old ones taken off and new ones installed. Require hinges and locks cut out and fit. House has standard, built in steel frames. Doors are standard fit but may need minor planing to fit.

Fix sliding door so they roll and close.on three panel shower screen with two moveable doors. I will pay for new rollers if needed.

Third panel on sliding shower screen won't slide. Rollers seem past their use by date, not sliding.

Looking for someone to remove and replace a water-damaged bathroom ceiling section above the window (approx. 160x70 cm). Issue was gutters, fixed (well enough) to get on with repairs. From chatgpt based on pictures: "Needs plasterboard removal, mold treatment if needed, replacement, patching, sanding, and repainting to match. Must bring own tools and materials (or advise what’s needed)" Repainting I may be able to handle myself, but happy to discuss quotes on that too. Chatgpt suggested $300-600 overall, I've put 500 but of course I'll gauge it based on what offers I actually receive. Let me know if I'm away off! Date: Can't do Saturdays, Sundays best, weekdays ok.
