What I’m looking for: Own tools and hardware (screws, anchors, french cleat, level, stud finder, etc.). Careful, neat, and ensures items are level and secure. Hello, Install 2 vertical blinds. The blinds were taken down when resurfacing the ceiling and the holes have been filled. The brackets and screws have been kept from when taken down - see images. The size of the blinds are 1890 x 1430 2615 x 1420 I don't have any equipment so you will need a drill for concrete and not sure if wall plugs are needed? Also would like a hook put up for a picture frame. Thanks
