I attempted to put hooks into my plastered wall and I’ve caused damaged. I need the damage repaired and then my artwork hung up properly

I have about 10-15 pieces of art work that need hung on various surfaces from brick to drywall around the house.

The cogs are stuck and the hand wheel is not moving past a certain position. I have cleared the bobbin thread and made sure everything is cleared.
