Job: Downpipe Installation – Front of House I need a new downpipe installed at the front of my house. The gutters are not blocked, but water is overflowing on the right side gutter above the front right window. I have attached a photo (with the proposed downpipe location marked in blue). There is an existing downpipe at the back of the house, so this would be an additional one. The water should drop into the existing channel at ground level that runs to the back street. Scope of work: Come out first to inspect and advise what parts are needed. I will purchase the materials and paint them. Return to install the downpipe once ready. Please provide availability, call-out fee (if any), and installation cost.

Task: Repair Rotten Fascia, Eaves & Guttering Hi there, I need a qualified carpenter or roofer to inspect and repair visible timber and guttering damage at my property (see attached photos). Scope of Work: 1. Remove and replace rotted timber fascia and soffit/eaves linings above the rear balcony sliding doors. 2. Check rafters behind fascia for any internal rot and repair if necessary. 3. Replace or reseal gutter and downpipe connection (currently leaking and causing overflow). 4. Ensure correct fall on guttering and watertight joins. 5. Prime and paint all new timber with exterior-grade paint. 6. Clean up all waste from site. The existing downpipe has signs of moss, the fascia is badly decayed, and the gutter may need partial or full replacement depending on assessment. Photos are included for reference.
