There are multiple things that need doing around the house and needing quote please - Scope of items to be fixed for insurance - Install weep holes to the ridge capping - Replace approx. 5 damaged/ sealed roof tiles - Install valley clips to the valley tiles - Replace whirly bird doesn’t spin and a bucket is inside the roof cavity to catch rain water. - Existing movement cracks are present on the lounge room ceiling There are other things that we need done around the house also

Ok, so I attempted to render an old brick wall. It didn’t go well. I’m aware I made it worse. So now I’d like it done please. I sucked 🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s the wall in the photo and then around a small corner. I’ll get better photos later, just need to know if I can afford it and how quickly someone could do it. I just put a random price as I have no clue what’s fair.

Job: Downpipe Installation – Front of House I need a new downpipe installed at the front of my house. The gutters are not blocked, but water is overflowing on the right side gutter above the front right window. I have attached a photo (with the proposed downpipe location marked in blue). There is an existing downpipe at the back of the house, so this would be an additional one. The water should drop into the existing channel at ground level that runs to the back street. Scope of work: Come out first to inspect and advise what parts are needed. I will purchase the materials and paint them. Return to install the downpipe once ready. Please provide availability, call-out fee (if any), and installation cost.

We would like to work with you to fix the issue, and will organise for any further charges incurred in the repair (equipment, replacement parts, etc.). Applicants must have PROVEN EXPERIENCE in working with POS systems (Ideally FutureNet), weighing/scale technology, and retail technologies.
