Looking for an experienced plasterer / gyprocker to complete some finishing work in our recently renovated kitchen. Scope of work includes: 1. Install cornice along the top of the kitchen bulkhead (above wall cabinets). Approx 6.8 meters total length. 2. Patch two ceiling holes from a removed light and exhaust fan. 3. Set and sand joins so the ceiling is ready for primer and paint. Details: • Kitchen renovation recently completed. • Bulkhead above cabinets is MDF and runs along two walls. • Bulkhead will be primed/sealed before work begins • Ceiling has already had some patching done but needs finishing. • Cornice profile should match the existing cornice in the house. Location: Aspley, Brisbane Access: • House (easy access) • Work area cleared • Flexible with timing but would ideally like it done within the next week or two. Please include: • Experience with plastering / cornice installs • Whether you will supply materials or prefer them supplied Photos attached for reference. The Tasks: Interior (6 items): 1 heavy vintage window frame, 1 large metal art piece, 1 large framed puzzle, 1 circular "Dream" board, 1 corkboard, and 1 wire photo frame. Exterior (2 items): 1 small sun/moon wall art and 1 white metal window mirror to be hung on a wooden fence through fake foliage. Requirements: Please provide all necessary heavy-duty wall anchors, timber screws (for the fence), and hooks. Must bring your own drill, level, and stud finder. Professional and neat finish is a must! Budget: $180 - $200 inclusive of all hooks and wall anchors. Happy to discuss slightly more if you are providing high-quality heavy-duty fixings for the larger pieces.
