We need our ceiling prepared for paint before waterproofing and tilling. The ceiling is a bit rough after demolishing. It has some screws/ nails stuck, stoppers stuck, gaps in corners (there was cornice there) and a few rough patches of plaster and concrete as well. We also need 3 holes patched up where downlights used to be.

I would need an outside door installed. Please note that although the door is already cut to the right size, the height is not the standard dimensions (other dimensions are standard).
