Find an experienced handyman in Alexander Heights

Need to fix the ceiling back up as nails have come out. Would prefer if it was screwed in as have trouble in other part of this carport ceiling before. Where it has come away, I'm not sure that the beam is in the right place for nailing but cant see very well.

The base of my wooden floor lamp has come apart from the stand. Needs reattachment and possibly securing for stability. Wiring is intact but may need checking.
