We are repainting our metal front fence. Before we prime and paint, we need all gate framing and panel surfaces prepared, metal brushed/sanded back, surface rust removed/sanded off and existing remaining paint and metals surfaces prepared ready for new primer and paint finish. Fix our front gate: - the wooden housing for barrel has split and needs to be replaced - fix-up existing lock by screwing back on and alignment - may need to alright gate by lifting up slightly so it latches
