We’ve had our property broken into. They’ve unscrewed the lock. I need someone to weld the bolt plates in place on two gates.

Adjust gate lock to ensure gate can easily open

We need a lock added to back gate that is weather proof (ie is still useable as the wooden gate expands and contracts)

Our front gate has somehow moved slightly out of alignment at an angle and now the top corner is rubbing directly against the fence whenever we close/ open it and it’s very sticky. Have not been able to remove the screws for the top hinge. Need help fixing the door hinge.

Weld gate back to the post and repair the hinge on another gate. See photos

Hello. We have a security trestle gate at a shop in Fitzroy north that is getting more and more difficult to open. After some one who is experienced at servicing them to quote for any repairs if it’s worth repairing.

The rear gate has sagged, and it is very difficult to lock from either side (leads into rear laneway). I need someone to come and repair it properly. It had been repaired once but badly, it might need a whole new jam? I want to use this gate to get my bike in and out of the property easily.

Metal Frame of front gate is broken at one corner on which the pickets are set - Due date: Flexible

Kitchen trip switch is immediately tripping in old house. Unplugging everything has not resolved the issue. Need a licensed electrician to investigate & fix.

The task is to: Sand the 3 fence posts (two either side of gate, third post is at the right side corner of the property when facing the fence from the street, as shown in the photo - NOTE THE PHOTO IS AN OLD ONE AND THE FENCE HAS SINCE BEEN REBUILT WITH TREATED PINE - EXCEPT FOR THE GATE) and also sand the gate itself (which is not new and has the old paint on it so it needs to be sanded as well) and then paint - BY BRUSH OR ROLLER NOT SPRAY PAINT - all the fence pickets and fence frame and 3 posts and the gate (so, the whole fence on both sides, including the fence facing the street and the short sections of fence on each side facing the neighbours to the left and the right - paint on the neighbours side as well) with 1 coat of solvent based primer undercoat and then 2 top coats of exterior acrylic paint. All paint is provided. Colours are to be as shown in photo. Drop sheets will be provided as well and need to be used to avoid dropping paint on the footpath and water meter. The sides of the fence at the boundary with the neighbours only extend as far as the front garden as shown in the photo. NOTE THAT PAINTING IS TO BE DONE BY BRUSH (OR ROLLER) NOT BY SPRAY PAINTING. In summary, the task is to: - Sand 3 posts and gate; - Paint by brush or roller (NOT SPRAY PAINT) the entire fence (posts, gate, pickets, fence frame, including both sides of fence) with 3 coats of paint ( 1 coat of solvent based primer undercoat, 2 top coats of exterior acrylic paint); - All paint is provided
