Need to sand and polish the wooden floor in kitchen area

A fairly straightforward job which preferably would be done today! Need strong person to rip up carpet and foam underneath, clearing any skirting and nails to allow for a wheelchair to roll smoothly. Will need to move a chest of drawers and two single beds first to be able to do so (and then put them back once carpet is cleared). Approximately a 4 x 4 metre space including small walk in robe. Carpet can be left at house.

I think the timber flooring is a few years old, but it looks like there are some scratches around the kitchen from the chair legs. I need someone to fix it.

Hello! We're looking for someone to replace our very old and yuck carpet with floorboards. We already have 80sqms worth of new floating hybrid floorboards for installation (7.5mm Natural Oak SPC Hybrid Herringbone Flooring). I've attached a picture of the floorplan of the house - noting that it will be the two upstairs bedrooms, living room, and downstairs bedroom totalling 75sqms. Spaces for the main areas are as follows roughly: Living Room - 4.6m x 4.m plus small entryway Downstairs Bedroom - 4m x 3m. Please note the task can't be started until 17 May and will need to start on either 17th or 18th of May. All carpets will be removed prior to installation. Any questions please ask :)

1. Bedroom : 13 m2 2. Bedrrom: 11 m2 Remove existing carpet and dispose Install hybrid flooring: to purchase separately Fix corner skirting board: see photo

3rd step to be removed, this is a modular decking and pine is used under the modular deck.

Rear Deck Needs Repairing and Roof needs replacing. Deck is not totally ground level as it is on the rear of a split level house. Access is still easy though. The Size of the deck roofing area is 4100mm Long x 5050mm Wide. The following needs to be done based on my inspection: 1. Replace the front timber roof beam that runs the width left to right. Size is 200mm x 45mm x 5050mm. Refit gutter that was on the board you are replacing. 2. Replace 2 x timber roof beams that run the length front to back. Size is 200mm x 45mm x 4100mm. 3. Prep roof for sheeting. Replace timber that helps support roof sheeting. Please note current roof has gutter guard that runs from the house gutter on to the current green polycarb roof. This will need to be unscrewed and refit to the new polycarb roof. 4. Sheet the roof with a Polycarb sheeting. Quote to include all required parts and labour as well as removal of old removed parts of decking. I have attached some images.

We have just moved into our place. We have uneven concrete slabs and instead of re levelling we thought maybe we could install decking over the top We don’t know what budget to give. Just want to see what offers we get We are not after something expensive
