Hello! We're looking for someone to replace our very old and yuck carpet with floorboards as a matter of priority due to my wife's allergies. We don't have the floorboards so appreciate this will have to be factored into the cost either via Airtasker or separately. We'd love to get the whole house done (3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 down, and living room) but the main priority is the living room and the downstairs bedroom depending on the cost. Pictures attached of the two main spaces to be done (Items will all be gone for the task completion). Spaces for the main areas are as follows roughly: Living Room - 4.6m x 4.m plus small entryway Downstairs Bedroom - 4m x 3m. Any questions please ask :)

Had new carpet layed yesterday needing the trim that I have installed. It's been cut to size apparently needs the little piece that slides in the back of it in order to install. I'll send pics

Wall only requires partial replacement of plaster due to water damage therefore measurements above are for the length and height of plaster board and length of skirting boards required. Small part requires insulation, no painting required however sanding would be appreciated.

Carpet laying on stairs.

I need Bunnings laminate floor boards laid in the entry way to join up with the kitchen. I ripped up the carpet but keep putting it off as I don’t know how to cut it for for corners! Will need to pry up the metal strap thing that was used for the carpet. I have the boards, plenty of them, and handsaw. I just don’t have the will! I work from home so can be any time, preference is for 9-3 weekday so no kids traipsing, and ASAP.

Have few squeeky spots in the carpet floor around lobby and 2 bedrooms that needs fixing without ripping apart the carpet. Need professional who has done this before.
