I think the timber flooring is a few years old, but it looks like there are some scratches around the kitchen from the chair legs. I need someone to fix it.

Rear Deck Needs Repairing and Roof needs replacing. Deck is not totally ground level as it is on the rear of a split level house. Access is still easy though. The Size of the deck roofing area is 4100mm Long x 5050mm Wide. The following needs to be done based on my inspection: 1. Replace the front timber roof beam that runs the width left to right. Size is 200mm x 45mm x 5050mm. Refit gutter that was on the board you are replacing. 2. Replace 2 x timber roof beams that run the length front to back. Size is 200mm x 45mm x 4100mm. 3. Prep roof for sheeting. Replace timber that helps support roof sheeting. Please note current roof has gutter guard that runs from the house gutter on to the current green polycarb roof. This will need to be unscrewed and refit to the new polycarb roof. 4. Sheet the roof with a Polycarb sheeting. Quote to include all required parts and labour as well as removal of old removed parts of decking. I have attached some images.

We have just moved into our place. We have uneven concrete slabs and instead of re levelling we thought maybe we could install decking over the top We don’t know what budget to give. Just want to see what offers we get We are not after something expensive

Note we're only doing the bedroom itself not the wardrobes. Photos attached for reference however please note carpet and all items will be removed by us before the job so you won't have to dispose of anything. We have the floorboards and underlay ready to go, so simple job of installing and cutting pieces to fit. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Our carpet, in the living room only, had to be taken up while our house was restumped and floorboards repaired. We want to put the same carpet back down for now. We've had a go doing it ourselves, but the carpet isn't lying properly flat - has some bubbly bits.

Hello! We're looking for someone to replace our very old and yuck carpet with floorboards as a matter of priority due to my wife's allergies. We don't have the floorboards so appreciate this will have to be factored into the cost either via Airtasker or separately. We'd love to get the whole house done (3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 1 down, and living room) but the main priority is the living room and the downstairs bedroom depending on the cost. Pictures attached of the two main spaces to be done (Items will all be gone for the task completion). Had new carpet layed yesterday needing the trim that I have installed. It's been cut to size apparently needs the little piece that slides in the back of it in order to install. I'll send pics

Installing new plaster and skirting boards based on the following measurements: Bedroom 1: 9700mm length x 600mm height plaster walls 9700 skirting boards length Bedroom 2: 2700mm length x 600mm height plaster walls 2700mm skirting boards length Supply and install needed. Wall only requires partial replacement of plaster due to water damage therefore measurements above are for the length and height of plaster board and length of skirting boards required. Small part requires insulation, no painting required however sanding would be appreciated.
