Need floating floor installed to continue through the house, about 16m2. Boards are there.

We need an extra plank of wood to stabilize our balcony. The overall balcony is secure so no structural work is needed, just extra support as some of the wood have become a bit loose due to rain.

We need to get the cement floor of our garage/laundry polished (grind and seal). The room is roughly 5760mm X 3860mm in size. The room opens up to a rear lane providing easy access. Check out the photos for a better view (all the room’s contents will be moved out for the polishing). We’re after a basic matt finish, NOT high gloss.

Patch a small damaged section of carpet, approx 500mm x 100mm in size. I have the carpet for the patch. Just needs a carpet layer with the tools to cut straight and seam tape to fix the patch to the existing carpet.

I need someone who has the professional equipment to cut skirting board timber (which I have already bought) to size. This will require someone who can do a 45° angles. It is not a huge job... this is just to add to areas where we did a renovation recently. I have the measurements all done, just need someone with the equipment to cut them to size.

Require carpet (supplied) laid in smallish sized bedroom. Must have own equipment. No furniture in the room. Would like to have it done Saturday or Sunday.

Gouges in the floor boards bedroom, scratches oin the floorboards kitchen and hall

I am looking for someone with the right experience to fix some minor issues with my floating timber floor. 1) The trim in one doorway is starting to lift and needs to be re-adhere. The trim is otherwise in good condition 2)A visible gap has appeared where two boards have slipped away from each other near a wall. The boards are otherwise in good condition.

A plant pot has left a stain on my carpet. It’s likely oxidised, but I’d like to give it a good crack!

Looking for someone to caulk around 40m of skirting in my living room and hallway of a single storey terrace. Caulking the gap between the floor and skirting. Not the top of skirting where it meets the wall. That’s all been done. There are gaps pretty much everywhere and bugs, drafts and heat escaping has been a problem that I can’t fix myself. The house moves a lot so would need a flexi product and also waterproof as we have damp when it rains. Hallway is 8m long and living is 8x3m. Skirting is white.
