Have purchased engineered boards already. 1820x190x14.2mm with 2mm underlay. Require floating floor install on top of existing tiles as shown in pics. No quad required either as we will put skirting boards on after ourselves. Our house is single storey and total area circa 135sqm but we will split the job in 2 halves. We're looking for someone who has experience in sanding wooden floors. We've just pulled up our carpet and plan to sand the floors and polish rather than replace.
