Find an experienced flooring expert in Black Rock VIC

I need help painting out a garage conversion to studio. Very small bathroom needs to be painted and tiled all the way around and floor tiles laid. Bathroom measures approx 1m x 3m. Paint out room all white, lay floating floor boards. I have all the materials (may need a couple extra tiles, which I can grab from bunnings. So looking for someone who can tile, paint and lay flooring (room approx 3x4m)

Looking for an experienced carpet layer to stretch carpet in one bedroom. Bedroom is approx 4.5m x 5.5m. Furniture can be cleared from room.

Have purchased engineered boards already. 1820x190x14.2mm with 2mm underlay. Require floating floor install on top of existing tiles as shown in pics. No quad required either as we will put skirting boards on after ourselves. Our house is single storey and total area circa 135sqm but we will split the job in 2 halves. We're looking for someone who has experience in sanding wooden floors. We've just pulled up our carpet and plan to sand the floors and polish rather than replace.
