Underlay has been removed from kitchen floor so i need the remaining nails/pins that have been left over. Kitchen size 3.7m x 2.8m. Some nails need removal others can be hammered in to the floorboards

Looking for a flooring pro to help: 1. prep & level the floors with self levelling compound (preferably with latex), not the entire house needs doing but some rooms are not levelled. House is on stumps. Done around June 18th. - $500 transferred upon job done. 2. Installation - Hybrid Flooring - around 90sqm-100sqm of flooring. - release of $100 + $400 transferred upon job done. Install approx. 19m2 (max) flooring in St Kilda Road apartment before Monday. Price is negotiable, had to put something in, please put in your offers. We believe total apartment size is 23m2 however kitchenette and bathroom are tiled so it is only the bedroom, small hallway and lounge area that need doing. Beading can wait. Job Description: I am looking for an experienced flooring professional to refinish my existing wooden floorboards. The boards are already exposed and ready for restoration. The job involves sanding, minor repairs, and applying a finish to give the floor a polished and professional look.

Require sand refinish with satin varnish 80sqm of timber flooring

Remove wall-to-wall carpet and sand, finish, varnish wooden floors underneath. Two rooms (connected)

Bamboo flooring has a couple of marks that need refinishing 1. heat from the fridge has led to a scorch mark (see image) 2. water marks in other areas from pot plants 3. scratched floor from a desk chair

This is just for 1 average sized bedroom. Summary of the jobs that need to be done: 1. Disassembly (partial) of bed and moved to another room - I will help with this 2. Removal and disposal of carpet and crap underneath, I can also help with this 3. Sanding and refinishing the floorboards and finding the correct stain and varnish to match the floorboards around the rest of the house. I will of course pay for the varnish and any materials needed for this. I also have random orbital sander if this helps. The part that I really need help with is refinishing the floorboards after the carpet is removed, and making sure the new varnish perfectly matches the other floorboards in the house.

We have old lino floors in our kitchen which we want to remove and get back to the wood floor underneath. There is a rubber underlay under the lino which is stuck down. We aren’t removing our kitchen cabinets etc, so it’s really only a 12-15m2 space that needs to be completed. The floor will need to be sanded and refinished. I’ve also included a picture of another room where we had the floor refinished. The wood in the kitchen is the same as this.
