Change of scope: I was previously looking to get somebody in to resand and polish the floorboards in the main part of our house plus our back deck. But I now just need the back deck done. We’re looking for an experienced floor sanding professional to sand and refinish approximately 10m² of existing timber flooring in our kitchen (the kitchen cabinets shown in the photos will be removed prior). We’re installing new kitchen cabinetry, so need to have the kitchen flooring completed first. We plan to have the remaining timber floors throughout the house sanded and refinished over the coming months.
