We need someone to fix our fence that has become detached from our balcony wall and pulling down our ac lines. This fence bridges the boundary between 3 properties and is leaning. By my assessment, all 12 will need replacing and they are approximately 1900mm each of 70x40/50 sections. These should be treated timber, primed would be a plus. Access to only my side will be available and all building waste and job debris will be expected to be taken away. In addition, 3 x ~1800mm sleepers need to be removed and replaced, these are 75x200 sections No painting required. Intervention with garden should be minimised.
