Title: Install new sections of shared boundary fence (supply & install) Description: I’m looking for an experienced fencer/carpenter to supply and install new sections of a shared boundary fence at a residential property. The existing fence sections are in poor condition and need to be replaced. Timber fencing is perfectly fine. The priority is that the finished job looks neat, straight, and tidy. Scope of works: • Remove and dispose of existing damaged fence sections • Supply all materials (timber fence panels, posts, fixings, etc.) • Install new timber boundary fence sections • Leave site clean and tidy, including full rubbish removal Fence sections to replace (approx.): • Section 1: ~4.4 metres long • Section 2: ~0.8 metres wide (narrow access section) • Section 3: ~1.95 metres wide (Photos attached showing each section and access conditions.) Fence requirements: • Standard timber boundary fence is fine • Doesn’t need to be fancy, just solid, straight, and presentable • Suitable for a shared boundary • No painting required unless included in your quote Access notes: • Some sections are in narrow side access areas • Please review photos before quoting Quote requirements: Please provide an all-inclusive fixed price covering: • Labour • Materials • Removal and disposal of old fencing • Rubbish removal and clean-up Timing: Flexible, but would like the job completed as soon as practical. Fix Back gate that is currently “sticking” at top (non hinge) side of gate. Suspect this is most likely due to slight movement of fence and gate. I believe the required fix is to (supply) and install an additional hinge near the top of the gate. Gate and fence are approx 2m high. Current hinges are rivet screws.

We need a colourbond fence panel screwed back into place. This is urgent.

Just need to re attach two wooden panels to the top and bottom of gate and would like to add some form of backing to said fence so you can’t see through the slats

I'd like a privacy fence installed above the a portion of colorbond fence. Gate must also be included. I was thinking wood panels but hope to suggestions. Pls don't respond if you can't commit. A small part of our fence was pulled down to carry out a dead tree. The wood is there, and by no means does it need to be a high quality reconstruction , it just needs to be semi reconstructed so it is liveable. Both properties either side of the fence are rentals - we just need to have something semi standing up for the time being.
