The PowerPoint needs to be replaced, inside the live wire cladding has probably come off and will need to be insulated. The second job is pretty easy. Attach a fixture to the roof for light. Everything is working. You just have to connect to the wires. I will provide the main material that is the fixture for outside and a replacement PowerPoint. Minus minor wire is a tape whatever you need that’s your stuff

We need an electrician to supply and install a an exhaust fan in small bulkhead in our toilet. Happy to use the power that already goes to nearby light (so both light and fan turn on simultaneously).
