I'm looking for a licensed and experienced electrician to assist with several tasks at my property. The job includes: 1. External Intercom & Transformer: Remove and patch the existing external intercom along with the internal transformer. 2. Smoke Detectors: Install 2 x Nest smoke detectors. 3. Ceiling Light: Repair one ceiling light and remove another. 4. Rooftop Deck Lighting: Remove external lights on the deck and install an outdoor power socket.

Licensed electrician required for two feature ceiling lights in federation house (moulded 3.1 m ceilings). The hall way light pictured needs to move to the other ceiling (pictured with small light). A new light (in box pictured) needs to go in the hallway ceiling.

The power in the kitchen and laundry keeps turning off. The power in the rest of the house is fine.

There are four switches - all grouped together, which are not working. One of these switches has been pushed in - please see photo. You can see the main board is very close to it. I may also need some ceiling globes replacing. Photo attached. Unsure until I can see switches on :) I am available after 10.30 am on Tuesday 2nd May or end of day May 1st. I can pay your rate.
