I have two light fittings that I need hung, currently it’s just one bulb hanging from the ceiling rose that the builder left there

Hello, There’s a slight change to the scope of work. Work – 1. Outdoor Lights Replace the three existing plastic outdoor lights with chrome fittings. I have purchased the following: • SAL Bondi SE7122TC/24 Series Exterior Wall Lights. 2. Garage Tube Lights Replace the two existing garage tube lights with longer warm-white tube lights. I have purchased the following: • SAL Ecoline SL9738-TC-DP2 LED Wide Body Diffused Batten. 3. Garage Switch & Power Outlets Move the existing garage light switch from the far wall to the entry doorway, and install a new double power outlet next to the relocated switch. At the original light switch location, please change the powerpoint plate so all three outlets match. Please supply: • 1 × Clipsal Iconic light switch • 2 × Clipsal Iconic double power outlets This will require conduit and a mounting block. 4. Garage Door Cable Tidy and secure the garage door cable along the ceiling and enclose it neatly in conduit. --- Materials to include – • 1 × Clipsal Iconic light switch (Point 3) • 2 × Clipsal Iconic double power outlets (Point 3) • Conduit (Points 3 and 4)

One light is missing a clip on one side and won’t stay in the ceiling. The other late also won’t stay in but has 2 clips. Both fall out after a few minutes

Remove existing air conditioner. Supply and Install a 7.1 KW air conditioner Fujitsu. Dispose of current air conditioner. Must be licensed. Must provide receipt for warranty of air con unit and labour.

A/C is not working needs either a service or fault finding.

One of my bathroom light not working, have replaced the tube light and the starter. The wire connecting the ballast seems burnt with browning at the ballast connector. Possible the ballast and the wire needs changing.

Isolate 2 light fittings. Delete 2 light fittings. Isolate a light switch and power point.

The signage light or cable connection is not working. The task will be to disconnect & remove business sign, move or relocate to the other side and refit to the underside of the awning including cabling and reconnecting it. Need to sort the cabling to make it work. On another sign need to install 2 led floodlight. Led floodlight will be provided but you need the mount bracket to hold the led floodlight. Ceiling need to be glued, very small task (as shown in first picture) which falling apart. All work must be guaranteed. Dirt bike won’t spark, engine fine

We have a Mitsubishi aircon in the bedroom that we disabled during a renovation few months ago. We need to reconnect and restart the unit. It’s currently fixed on the wall and the exhaust unit is outside, but not operational. It’s possible it may need servicing or repairs.

The light switches in the attached photo are broken and have been pushed into the wall. They no longer function properly. I'm looking for someone with electrical experience to replace the entire switch unit, including the cover plate. Please bring the necessary replacement parts (3-gang switch with LED indicators, standard size) and your own tools. A quick check of the wiring would also be appreciated to ensure everything is safe and functional.
