2 x single storey units that need exterior fascia, downpipes, eaves etc.plus any other trim painted.

I need an overflow rainhead installed on one downpipe. Also, I need a new downpipe installed in a different location.

This is a deck with verandah for a existing house. Carpenter finished their job and need box gutter installation, downpipe installation and roof sheet install

Job: Fasten loose support bracket on horizontal section of downpipe. Downpipe is above roof of porch. Own tools and ladder will be needed.

The top section of my black downpipe has rust and bubbling paint where it connects to the box gutter. Need someone to clean and treat rust, seal any leaks, repaint in matching colour, and ensure it’s secure. Easy access.

1. Towel rack to be re attached. It has become loose and not sitting securely on the wall. We have had it fixed although keeps coming lose. I believe new wall plugs will be needed. And these will need to be supplied please 2. Down pipe on roof had become loose. You will need a ladder to securely fix screw back on to wall and assemble the down pipe

Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and clear a blocked downpipe connected to rainwater storage tanks.
