I’m looking for a licensed roof plumber to complete Stage 1 waterproofing works on a backyard shed in Epping, VIC. The goal is to stop water ingress at the base of the shed and improve gutter drainage. Scope includes: • Remove existing gutters and downpipes • Regrade gutter clips to create proper fall • Reinstall existing gutter after regrading • Remove rear wall cladding to access base • Supply and install custom flashing to seal gap between shed wall and slab • Reinstall cladding • Supply and install 90mm PVC round downpipes at rear of shed • Ensure all downpipes direct water away from shed base 🛑 Note: Stormwater connection not required at this stage – just surface drainage. I’m not listing a fixed budget, as I’m looking for realistic, fair quotes from experienced professionals. Quality and long-term fix is the priority. Unblock downpipe and check lower roof for leaks

Reconnect downpipe to existing stormwater drain (following removal of invasive tree)

Looking to install a gutter for a pergola as per photo. Would sit above the cafe blind and downpipe on one side with a pipe to existing drain as per pic under the deck. Is 5m. Would prefer colorbond pipe to match woodland grey

1. Towel rack to be re attached. It has become loose and not sitting securely on the wall. We have had it fixed although keeps coming lose. I believe new wall plugs will be needed. And these will need to be supplied please 2. Down pipe on roof had become loose. You will need a ladder to securely fix screw back on to wall and assemble the down pipe

Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and clear a blocked downpipe connected to rainwater storage tanks. The downpipes appear to be clogged and require vacuuming or flushing to remove debris/material causing the blockage. Details: • Property has multiple downpipes linked to rainwater tanks. • Suspected blockage needs professional equipment to vacuum out the materials. • Visual inspection and confirmation of blockage is part of the job. • Access is clear and photos are attached for reference. • Need someone with the right tools and experience in handling downpipe blockages.

Car damaged the bottom of the down pipe. See photo. Need to replaced to original.

Three problems in my house need to be fixed by an experienced handyman. 1- One of the downpipes is not correctly connected to the drainage, and there is about a 1 cm gap 2- The cement around one of the ridge caps is broken and needs to be fixed 3- One of the vertical tiles on the porch is detached, and a few of them are loose. It is a very small poach with only 6 or 7 small tiles In addition, I want the person to walk on the roof and find out if there are any other problems on the roof or not. I will pay separately to fix the newly found problems. The house is one story and all problems on in the front yard, so you do not need to enter the house.

I have a downpipe attached to our house that has shifted away from where it meets the pipe in the ground. I need someone to install or create a small adaptor piece to ensure they align properly. The adaptor should match the existing colour.

Looking for a plumber to come out to my place and do two tasks: 1. Disconnect and remove 3 sprinkler taps that don't work anymore. See photo. 2. Divert aircon drain pipe into main drainage downpipe (so it looks better). See photo. Preferable with same metal piping as the downpipe (or put the white plastic pipe in it) so it is hidden. Thanks

Currently, two of my downpipes (right next to each other) are plumbing into the neighbouring unit's water tank, a metre away. The downpipes are overflowing with heavy rain due to the tank being constantly full. I'm looking for a licensed plumber to instead divert these two downpipes underground to the nearby storm water pit (less than a metre away) and cap off the existing connection to the water tank. I have written permission from the neighbouring unit's owner to divert the downpipes away from his tank.

Need 2 x double storey PVC Downpipes painted & 2 x single storey downpipes painted in woodland grey. Must attend tomorrow as scaffold is coming down Thursday.
