I am looking for an experienced plasterer/handyman and electrician (or team of trades) to repair the master bedroom ceiling at a residential property in Narrogin, WA. The property is being prepared for leasing, so the work needs to be completed to a professional and durable standard. Scope of work: Electrical disconnection before ceiling works commence. Remove and replace the master bedroom ceiling/plasterboard as required. Remove and replace the master bedroom cornices. Complete all necessary gyprock/plaster jointing, setting, sanding and finishing to achieve a smooth finish ready for painting. Prepare and paint the new ceiling and cornices, including appropriate primer/sealer and finishing coats. Electrical reconnection after the ceiling work and painting are completed. Protect existing flooring and surrounding areas during the works. Remove and dispose of waste/materials and leave the room clean on completion. Important: Electrical disconnection and reconnection must be carried out by a licensed electrician. Repair cornice damage in house and paint if necessary

We had the garage door serviced and the repair guy noticed parts of the ceiling cornice (Towards the back of the garage) that were uneven and sagging. We lived at the property for many years in the past and did notice the ceiling was never really even but it was stable at the same time. The guy that serviced the garage door also mentioned a ceiling fixer and said If it hasn't gone down too far then they can just push it up and then properly glue and nail it back or at least stabilise it so it doesn't fall further.

Need cornice replacement above new door

Cornice installation required to the entry porch

Hi, I’m looking for someone who can help fix/reinstall some cornice at the top of our kitchen cabinets. We recently installed a new kitchen cabinet and had to cut/remove part of the existing cornice to install a bulkhead and hide the gap between the cabinet and ceiling. The bulkhead is now in place, but we need the cornice pieces around it to be properly reattached/finished, as shown in the photos. I know it’s a relatively small job, but it would be great if someone experienced with cornice/plastering could help us finish it neatly. We’re located in Harrisdale. Done bathroom renovation and removed the cornices. New cornices need to be installed.approximately 12m 4 pieces.

A small section of my front porch cornice has fallen off. The missing piece is approx. 1.7 m, including two corners. The ceiling is solid and dry (it’s an outdoor area exposed to weather, so looks like the adhesive has failed.) I’m pretty sure the cornice profile is 75mm Gyprock Symphony (photos attached). What I need: • Supply and install matching cornice • Cut and mitre both corners • Fix, patch and sand joins You supply your labour, tools adhesive and the cornice. It’s a tiny job that will take a plasterer no time at all. ***No painting required***

I need coving done on both sides of a new stud wall. The wall is 3.3m long so about 7 linear metres of cornice/coving (the round white plaster that join wall and ceiling) or just under. Please include as materials/equipment and labour thanks. Final photo shows style that is already there. Thanks

We had a door installed and gap in the wall that has been patched. Guy moved away before he could finish so we just need the gaps in the giprock boards filled and levelled with the wall and cornice installed and prepped for painting. Shouldn’t take more than a couple of hours, just haven’t had the time to get it done. We have most of the materials including the cornice, cornice adhesive etc. but feel free to look through what we have and see what you might still need. Also have about 3-4 holes in our ceiling from fan installation and removing the old light fixture that we’d love to have patched as well.
