I have an existing outdoor undercover light and have purchased a new ceiling fan with light, and remote, to replace it with. I also have a wall mounted light that I have purchased a dual flood light to replace it with. Existing (just light bulbs) in attached pictures.

Swap the ceiling fan in bedroom

Looking for a qualified electrician to replace a bathroom extractor fan/light/heater. Prefer a like-for-like replacement to reduce complications.
