Seeking someone to buff/polish roughly 40 square metres of floorboards. (Wormy chestnut) Per the floor plan only the hallway and living area. Bedrooms and bathrooms are carpet or tile. Floors were fully sanded back 3 years ago with water based clear coat applied. Floors are in good condition with light scratch marks. I am not seeking perfection. Some marks may remain. But I won’t have a full re-sand done so soon as one was only done 3 years ago. I am seeking quotes. I will remove and replace my own furniture. Thanks

I need someone to remove the current blotchy varnish on a dining table which was damaged while trying to remove some paint from the table. It may need sanding, I’m not sure. And then restain it. I don’t know the exact measurements right now I can provide soon and I can provide materials. I have space at home to move the table outside and complete the job there.
