Demo and remove the following: floor tiles 600x600(concrete slab), wall tiles 600x600, cement board, wall mirror, shower fixtures, ceiling drywall, vanity and sinks, toilet. Must have own portable light - electrician will isolate and cap all bathroom electrics prior to demo, remove fixtures. If you can disconnect the toilet/vanity taps and cap the toilet sewer, great. Tradesman left my driveway in a bit of a mess, I’ve tried to pressure wash it myself with my Ryobi washer but no success. Going overseas on Friday so hoping it can be done tomorrow (March 27). It’s mostly grout/tile adhesive and there’s oil residue on the bottom part of the driveway as well.

Our builder has let us down. Told us he’d organise the roof plumber to sheet up the pergola he built. His roof plumber can’t do the job as he’s too busy. Pergola is roughly 4.6 m wide starting off the wall at 3 m high and that’s the pitch and the fall. Need sheeting and guttering and whatever else that a roof plumber knows to do.
