I removed wardrobe doors and had the inside re fitted. The existing timber doors need to be cut down to now fit. I also need 4 new doors which I will buy the timber. They will need to be routed. My builder originally did them onsite by routing the timber. To give the effect of lining boards. 3 bedrooms. 12 doors total. The exisiting hinges are still on the 8 doors that can be reused. I will get new flat bottom hinges for some doors to fit near draws.

I have a window frame on house that is water damaged and needs repair/replacement and the guttering/roofing above repaired to stop it happening again. Second story bedroom window. No water ingress, water damage is on outside. There is no guttering above but needs some kind of solution to stop overflow of water from roof at this point to stop the run onto the wall and window. Struggling to find a builder willing to do this job in isolation. Any solo carpenters/handymen out there that can handle a job like this? The timber balcony balustrade is wobbling so it needs timber batten braces fixed from the top of the balustrade post to the rafters beneath the timber deck. Refer attached images. Supply of materials by me. ie 92 x 18mm H3 timber batten braces, M10 bolt(s), buggles.

Hi there! I have an existing timber decking to a balcony that is located about 100mm above an existing concrete slab. Leaves are gathering in the gap below the timber decking and I would like an number of access hatches or similar places in the decking to clean out the leaves. Timber decking is existing and is to be reused. Hinges and handles are to be provided by you. You will see in the photos I have partially removed the decking. Access is via a long driveway that a large van can access. Then there is steps up about 3 floors. The job can be done in January. There are 2 seperate decking areas that are a similar size. The photos show one area.
