We have a 6 burner stainless bbq which we bought 12months ago. Requires a proper clean of the bbq, all internals/burners/grills/tray etc, + outside. Wok burner/fridge/sink - barely used, don’t need any attention. Need the bbq looking like new for an event this weekend. Any questions let me know. Photo is attached is from the brochure

The double oven in the photo is to be replaced by two ovens. As I see it: Step 1: remove existing oven (no electrical work, connected via plug, quick and easy) Step 2: cabinets - remove cover panel and drawer below oven; remove shelf that existing oven sits on and enlarge opening at the bottom; install new shelf at required height (lower than existing); install new cabinet on the new shelf (new cabinet is already built); reinstall drawer (a bit lower than current); reinstall cover panel under drawer (cut down in size). Step 3: install new ovens, one in top section of new cabinet, one in bottom section. Plug them in (no electrical work - 15amp power point). Other points: 1. No electrical work involved. Current and new ovens plug into power points. 2. Existing cabinet is wider than needed for new cabinet. New cabinet will fit inside existing cabinet once it is enlarged at the bottom. 3. Final detailing (new laminex front panel) to be done later, not part of this job. p.s. I'll be available to assist - e.g. lifting the heavy stuff like the existing oven, new cabinet. p.s. job adjusted - to prepare quote for the work.

We're in the midst of a complete bathroom renovation in our 2-bedroom unit, the bathroom includes a laundry. We require a tiler with an excellent eye for detail, and we also need a cabinet maker for a custom cabinet solution built for the laundry as standard sizes don't quite apply. We have stackable washing machine and dryer, and hope to get the cabinetry built in with overhead storage and the laundry sink. Ongoing cabinetry work if things work out, ie. bedroom, hallway, and living room storage solutions.
