My dishwasher won't close properly due to a building MDF panel. I need someone to make a panel that is 60 cm by 7.2 cm panel and paint it vivid white ..I think it's 2 pack

Paint has peeled off the wall exposing the plaster. So it would need some filler then sanding and paint. Also the window cill and a bit of the skirting board needs painting. Acrylic paint on the carpet. So it needs a good steam clean. Finally a new desk top need to be screwed to the legs.

I need window frame adapted so it can incorporate an infil to hold a fan. You will also need to install glass once infil is added.

Full replacement of 4m x 2m deck- joists and decking boards. Leaning towards spotted gum for boards. Removal of old deck. There’s a split system fan unit sitting on the current deck that will need to be moved/suspended, perhaps disconnected to enable works. Also, a simple roof of the same size to be replaced, above the deck. Colorbond or Laserlite sort of deal, roof is pretty high up so might require scissor lift and harness setups for safety reasons so high up!

Bathroom resealing (silicone)** * Remove old silicone where required * Reapply fresh silicone around: * Showers * Vanities/sinks * Any gaps needing sealing **Additional details:** * One wall has an existing electrical wire/outlet for hair tools – must be worked around carefully (do not remove or modify wiring) * Bathrooms are small * Looking for a **clean, professional finish** (not a quick patch job) Please bring your own tools.
