Second image shows existing skirts ready for re installation. They were carefully removed in order to reinstall. (They have been denailed.)

sand down 7 door fronts for our kitchen cabinetry (2 of which are tall pantry sized and the other 5 are shorter) and 4 of which for draws. They are solid timber and we are wanting to sand the top layer so we can stain them with a darker stain. Please also provide separate cost if we were to include staining

There is a stain and burnt section of carpet which needs to be replaced. We have a roll of the exact same carpet, so can be used to replace the damaged area. The apartment is being sold, so end result needs to good.

I would like to build a couple shelves on either side of the Kallax unit in picture below. Both of them will have a stereo speaker at the bottom. The one on the right hand side will be at the same height as the unit, the one on the left would be about the same height as the Billy bookcase on the left. A cut with a router saw will be needed to accommodate skirting board behind. Accommodation for wires at the back (for amplifier, turntable, etc) will be needed.
