I need to replace an existing wooden box which covers our gas meter. The box sits on external decking so needs to be weather proof. Right hand end of the box needs to be open for the gas pipe. The dimensions of the box are W- 53cm, H-53cm, D-37cm. See images of existing box.

Repair front door jamb and recut latch recesses Looking for a carpenter or experienced handyman to repair the timber around our front door’s strike plate. The smart lock works properly, but the existing recesses have been poorly cut and adjusted over time. This sometimes prevents the door-closed sensor from sitting correctly, triggering an alarm even when the door is closed. The job involves: * Checking the door and hinge alignment. * Repairing the damaged area with a fitted timber insert. * Accurately recutting the recesses and refitting the existing strike plate. * Testing that the door closes and locks reliably without triggering the alarm. * Sanding, priming - I can paint as needed at a later date. Getting the recesses and alignment right is the main priority. Photos show the area with and without the strike plate.

Looking for help with the following: 1) cupboard underneath sink has sagging middle shelf as it has been bearing too much weight. Require requires a fix or replacement plank. Replacement plank would require a hole in it for pipes. 2) there is some minor rusting around the pipe that connects the dishwasher outlet to the plumbing. I would like that replaced. 3) reattach a cupboard door in front of hot water system using hinges provided See photos and please ask more questions if required

My built-in dishwasher has come loose from the cupboard. When I pull the door open, the entire unit moves forward instead of staying fixed in place.
