Hi, I am looking for someone with the right tools (specifically a powerful hole saw) to drill a clean hole through the internal panel between two kitchen cabinets. The purpose is to feed a cable from a microwave drawer through to the under-sink area. Access is straightforward, but the cabinetry is quite solid so I need someone experienced who can ensure a neat finish without damaging the surrounding panels. Due to a leak (which is now fixed) the MDF on the side of the bathroom cabinet became swollen, and the white laminate on one side was partially pulled off. The task is to replace the laminate on one side and leave the side of the cabinet looking tidy. Needs to be done by COB Friday 5 December.

Looking for someone to sand my outdoor deck & stairs. I’m after someone experienced who can sand it back properly. Deck and stairs need a thorough sand to refresh the surface and remove uneven areas. Must have your own sanding equipment and specialised experience with decking. Located in Richmond. Deck size: L – 4.65m W – 3.23m Plus 12 stairs and a small 1m x 1m landing area. I have 2 ikea overhead kitchen cabinets that need to be securely installed/hung (they are built already), and install 2 floating shelves. Unsure of the wall material that you'll be drilling into but likely brick. One kitchen cabinet is 120cm long x75, the other is 60x60. The floating shelves are 110cm long.

In order to have a Tesla Powerwall 2 battery installed outdoors on an existing concrete slab (100mm thick 25mpa with F72 mesh on compacted crushed rock base) in my front garden, the installer has asked me to have a load-bearing timber wall installed between two existing 125mm cypress posts to support the weight of the battery (114kg). The size of the wall would need to be roughly 900mm x 1200mm and up to 5cm thick, painted in white to match the surrounding picket fence. Might need to anchor into the concrete slab below also - not quite sure.
