I'm looking for an experienced person to restore the back deck of my house in North Melbourne (~15m2). The job includes: -sanding the deck back to bare timber -repairing some of the timber boards that currently impair the free movement of the door (as can be seen from the marks in the picture) -cleaning and preparing the deck surface for finish -applying deck oil or stain (supplied or agreed upon) Must supply own equipment. The cupboard needs a base made as it scrapes along the floor. The legs ikea provided do not work as they are plastic and snap. I would like the cabinet fixed to the wall, I would also like 2 pre-made floating shelves that I bought cut and put up. Please see photo, it is an easy job I’m not looking to pay much for this. Sliding doors in hallway have been taken off rails + painted. Doors now need to be returned onto the rails, and new guides (purchased) need to be installed into the new vinyl floor to assist with sliding. Queen bed: I've inherited an old wooden bed, slats need replacing due to warping. There's a Bowens timber yard closeby who can cut to spec, you need to have the tools to assemble a sturdy foundation eg industrial stapler for webbing. I need to replace and custom fit the cabinets under the sink in my kitchen and bathroom.

We cannot pull dishwasher out and will have trouble putting new one in too. Need to shave off some of the trimming as there is not gap between it and the top of the dishwasher
