I need someone to repair and reattach a damaged bedside table/drawer panel. The wooden board has come off from the back/inside structure, and some of the chipboard/MDF around the screw holes is damaged. The drawer/box section needs to be securely fixed back into place so the bedside table can be used normally again.

The dishwasher cover got damaged and it has three chips on the bottom left corner, image is attached. I'm trying to find out where the cainets were made, I have the chips that got broken off from the cover, could re attach with glue but break marks would still show and that cannot be the case.
