Hi, we have recently had new carpets installed. The new carpet is slightly higher than our old carpet and now the doors are getting stuck. We need the doors in two bedrooms slightly cut/shaved so they move freely over the carpet. This needs to be done on Friday , 8 May.

18 month old external stairs. Timber balustrade and timber handrail require sanding and re-staining. Main set of stairs going up 1 storey (see photos) plus a second small 3 step stairs outside laundry. The main set of stairs face the sun and timber sustained a lot more wear and tear. The steps are made of steel, so the job is only for the balustrade and handrail. Please see photos.

Bedroom cupboard doors have come off. The wood has split/ cracked. Need someone who can either replace the panel or fix it some other way. Simply drilling the screws back into the wood won’t fix it, we have done that and it eventually just comes off again. I can imagine it’s a fairly easy fix for someone who knows what they’re doing. We have 3 x cupboard doors that need fixing

Manufacture and install a custom book hutch / bookcase in a nook beside a door in an apartment - the design would be white, following the inspiration of the top of the curve in this example image but not the bottom curve. The cabinet would need a back for strength for the books and the shelves would be 25mm adjustable (or other measurements, on advice). The back inside would need to be paintable so it can be painted in a feature colour. The dimensions of the space it’s being installed into are roughly 420mm deep, 2127 mm high

Custom bathroom cabinets

We have a pull down cupboard that needs adjusting and somehow cut in half to be able to fix a centre speaker below a television. The TV shown in the photo will be removed and a new bigger TV will be in its place. The cabinetry needs to be a professional job. The job does not require hanging any of the equipment, just getting the cabinets correct, thanks

Need someone to secure a stainless steel handrail / queue barrier post at our restaurant entrance. It’s suddenly become unstable/wobbly. One of the floor fixings has stripped/come loose (the screw just sits in the hole and won’t tighten).

I am looking for a handman to help prepare space for a dishwasher underneath the kitchen benchtop in the photo attached. No plumbing or electrical required. Considering installing the dishwasher on the left hand side of the photo (or advice generally where the most suitable place to install).

Im moving out of a house and there's a brownish water stain on the roof. It's white and I need it painted over. I do not need the entire roof painted. Just a 1x1 metre colour match and stain blocker

Visit site to provide quote to seal gaps in floor: between floorboards, between floor and skirting board, and between floor and brickwork. The gaps to the skirting boards should be filled with wooden beading or similar (not just gap filler)- see photos of existing seals in another part of the house.
