Hi, I’m looking for someone to install a simple vertical moisture/splash barrier around parts of my house perimeter as per the attached markup and photos. Currently have re-stumping failing due to moisture ingress in the soil and need to stop water ingress from driving rain etc. Scope is: – Install HDPE/PVC vertically along soil and concrete edges respectively. – Approx. 27m fixing PVC into concrete – Approx. 5.9m fixing HDPE into soil – All fixing into concrete – Fixing approx. 450mm into soil where it is soil – Cut in PVC sheeting to allow ventilation under floor. – Some minor soil reshaping reinstatement – Fixings and materials will be supplied. Same frame: patch old latch holes and previous hinge cut outs 2) make new window sill for back window (about 1m long) 3) add hardware to kitchen door 4) Adjust bedroom window to put it back in place 5) add more secure ledge holders for the timber bench in laundry

I have two sheets of 19mm STRUCTAflor Yellow Tongue (3600mm × 600mm) and need each one cut down to 2100mm in length. That’s one straight cross-cut per sheet. The width (600mm) does not need to be changed. The boards are already at my home in Fitzroy North, and the cuts can be done out the front. I don’t have the tools, so you’ll need to bring a circular saw with a guide or a track saw to ensure clean, straight cuts. This is a quick job for someone with the right equipment. Budget: Listed at $50 as a starting point — open to reasonable offers.

Our builder didn’t finish the job properly with our renovations and left gaps in the skirting board around the house and in the tile walls in the kitchen which has given ants a perfect entry into our home. We have the base of laundry and storage built - but it’s not covered. We need space efficient bifold doors to cover shelving and laundry. 3m ish long! Not a task that can be accepted without a site meeting. Will need creative thinking as cannot eat too much into corridor.

We’re hoping to extend our wardrobe. Looking at building it back into the wall space behind. There is a wardrobe in that position in the room next door- we were looking at using that space and then installing a narrower free standing wardrobe (in line with the existing cabinets) in the second room. Remove old integrated fridge and install new one. Ventilation ducts need installing in kicker below and above to allow passive air flow (ie, fans not required). Photos show kicker and cupboard above fridge, which has approx 200mm gap behind it. Grills to be extra at cost, once appropriate ones identified.

I am looking for someone to build and install a section of open wooden shelving on our kitchen wall. We have recently moved into a new house and had an Ikea kitchen built but have left part of the wall storage to be open to talk back to the side shelf of the island bench as per attached images. The dimensions of the area are 800mmH x 600mmW x 400mmD. Looking for wood panels around 200mm thick as per the island bench side shelf, with two shelves within the frame. I would love to be able to round off the edges and have the outer side open as per the reference image attached if possible.
