If the quality of work is high, Phase 2) Involves a timber shingle roof replacement and a section of side cedar cladding. Phase 1: Window Restoration (Current Task) • Rot Repair: Address wood rot in 4 locations on fixed timber windows. • Methods: Removing rotted sections and perform splice replacements or high-quality epoxy filling depending on the depth of the rot. • Finish: All repairs must be sanded flush and ready for painting. Requirements: • Proven experience with timber rot/splicing/repair and timber roofing. • Must provide high-quality materials (e.g., epoxy hardeners/fillers and treated timber). We have a few hours of finishing items in our kitchen to do before Monday. Prob 3-4 hours work. Need to trim and rout a panel for kitchen and cut and install kick boards.

I have a cabinet and drawers (pictured) that need some adjustments. The cupboard was made to sit on the drawers but that makes it too tall for our kitchen. Therefore I need: - Raise up the cupboard so the doors don't scrape on the ground. Open to advice on how best to safely do this, and if cutting away skirting board is necessary. - Attach the cupboard to the wall so it's not a fall risk - Raise up the drawers slightly so the bottom drawer can be opened. - Add "lid" to drawers so it can be a useable surface. We do not have this piece of particle board so part of the job is measuring and getting it. We stained kitchen today using Feast Watson proof tint in walnut Sample was inside of door as per photo but painter did it today and way too dark Requires sand back and apply alternate colour or diluted version of same incl sealer/clearcoat
