I am using ikea kitchen cupboards to build a bench in my living room. I need a timber bed frame to give stability and make the bench sit a bit higher. All cabinetry to be built on a timber frame of 40mm high to optimise ideal seating height.

I have two balconies that I would like sanded and stained. Balcony 1 - 4 x 1.5m Balcony 2 - 6.1 x 1.6m It is an apartment, up two flights of stairs. Balcony 1 is on the bottom level of my apartment, balcony 2 is on the upstairs level. I'm not sure that pressure washing would be appropriate due to apartments underneath. I don't mind whether oil based or water based is used. Currently has water based. I am looking for it to be refreshed prior to sale. Happy for stain supply to be negotiated, I supply or you. Need a bed plaform for Gen 3 Mitsubishi Pajero! Saw this bed platform idea on a Facebook group, looking for something similar but open to input. Ideally would have slats for mattress ventilation.
