There is a stain that permanently cant be removed on carpet. That part of carpet needs to be changed (either stain should be removed or that part of carpet should be replaced)

Remove this stain on carpet. Was flooded a year ago and this build up over time.

We are moving to a new house and our fridge(92 cm width) can't fit into the fridge space(80 cm). We need to trim.down the adjoining cabinet to make space for the fridge.
