Hello, I'm looking for someone with experience in cabinetry, built-in wardrobes or joinery to finish an IKEA PAX wardrobe install to make it appear built in and a tidy finish. Scope of works 1. Install infill/filler panels • Fill the gaps between the wardrobe and the side walls with 16mm MR MDF. • Scribe the panels to the walls where required so everything sits flush. • Ideally use moisture-resistant MDF or similar ready for painting. 2. Install a kicker/plinth board • Cover the existing timber base with a neat kicker/plinth with either 16 or 18mm with 16mm MR MDF. • Continue the plinth across the full width so it appears built in. • Minimise visible joins. 3. Finishing • Light sand and prime final cut and fitted pieces • Colour match GRIMO door at Dulux trade centre • Ideally, paint with low sheen Dulux Aquanamel and using high-density foam roller to achieve sprayed-looking texture • Finish neatly against the existing skirting boards and also IKEA base (may require some filling of gaps above plinth / kicker) • Caulk as required. Seeking a handyperson. Generally easy jobs I would take on myself. Gardening: Mowing, weeding, lopping Property maintenance: leveling pavers, painting, joinery, deck oiling, pest control Simple roof restoration, repairs What I am looking for is someone who can take on all the jobs I would normally do myself around the home. On a fortnightly basis starting with the garden, tidying it up, weeding, sorting out the garden beds, taking care of plants and retic. Then when that is under control or on the non growing season moving time onto property maintenance like gutters, pavers etc while keeping the garden in order. I would appreciate someone who can identify areas of improvement and improve the look of my property over time. I am thinking this might suit a monthly service fee over a couple of years until I no longer need the service.

We need a carpenter/cabinet maker to do a number of tasks in our townhouse in Blakesley Street Tewantin. I have attached a few pic's however they don't show the requirements perfectly so maybe it will require an inspection quote or your best hourly rate and anticipated time and require details of your experience. Items we would like looked at for these pic's: 1. jpg 6876: Some extra storage shelves to be installed. 2. jpg 6873: New bedroom two sliding mirror doors with some shelves built in robe. 3. jpg 6876: Removal of the three shutter doors and the wall to be replace these doors. 4. jpg 6875: Need to have the timber top and the drawers to be cut back approx 50mm to allow the fridge to fit. 5. No pic however if you do tile and bathroom grouting we need some silicone repairs. There will be others however these are the first most important requirements.

The material can be a basic matte finish or raw moisture-resistant MDF (ready for a vinyl wrap later). Must include heavy-duty, wide-opening hinges (170-degree hinges preferred) and adequate ventilation allowance so the fridge doesn't overheat. 2) Custom Living Room Furniture: Build and install an extra-long, lowline TV storage bench (340 cm long). Because this is for an apartment, it will need to be built modularly in sections to fit up the elevator and be seamlessly joined on-site. Requirements: Must have your own tools and workshop to build off-site. Experience with apartment/strata access and lift clearance dimensions is a must. We have a small circular cut out in the back of some joinery to feed cables and we need to increase the hole slightly so we can fit a hand/arm in. Probably an extra few cm each side so a hand can reach in.

I have two tasks I need done: The first is the bathroom sink: when I unblocked it I noticed that it’s leaking and it seems to be from wear and tear. May need to be sealed. Also have a broken hinge on a kitchen cabinet. This might be able to be fixed but may need to replace hinge also
