Im looking for someone to install an awning in my balcony. I have already purchased the awning and will require installation over the sliding windows as shown in the photos.

I went on holiday and two pigeons decided to make my balcony their home. I shooed them away and pulled down the awning and locked it in place. They somehow flew back in and won't leave. I've tried everything I can think of. I need someone who doesn't freak out when pigeons fly around (like I do) to come and release the awning (it's clipped in) so they can fly out. I have no idea what to charge but this will be a quick job for someone not freaked out by pigeons.

My retractable awning appears imbalanced when opening, with the right side hanging lower than the left. I’ve noticed that the metal pin on the right-side handle is loose and doesn’t seem to be installed properly. I need someone to come and fix it for me. Replace the arm of a commercial awning. I was about to assign the task but ad has expired.

MUST HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE. Be prepared to send it over in order to secure the job Lightweight awning to be installed across the length of the balcony about the door/window in order to make the balcony a bit more useful (see pictures attached). It's two pieces one is 2m long and the other is 3m long. Both are a full kit that come with all screws and instructions. Awning will be installed into the render. I am unsure whether the is brick behind the render or not but regardless the awning needs to be secure and weather resistant.

Outdoor retractable awning on tracks is stuck. Can only partially expand before getting stuck. It is over a stairwell atrium/skylight.
