6 awning windows are stuck. I have lost the keys. House built in 70s. Not able to see any code. Windows must be opened and new keys to be provided. All windows are accessible from inside the house. Quote must include labour + cost of replacement keys

Need an existing awning window chain winder replaced with a Whitco lockable winder. I can supply the winder or please quote if you prefer to supply and install. Also, lever sets on two bedroom doors are not latching/closing properly and need to be adjusted so they shut smoothly.

Install two DIY 1.5m x 3m awnings on side of house. Awnings come with screw packs. Side of house width is 2m

The awning has been damaged and does not retract. It's controlled by a motor and remote. The task is to work out how to retract the awning without causing any more damage to it and leave it in the closed position.

Looking for an experienced trade painter to repaint the exterior architectural trims, gables, and fascias of a single-storey weatherboard home in Thornbury (see attached photos). Scope of Work: Front Facade: Paint front gable trims/battens, window awning/hood, timber window frames/sills, and lower plinth baseboards in a heritage muted olive green (per mockup image). Rear Facade: Paint rear roofline fascias, gable cladding/trims, window/sliding door perimeter trims, and lower baseboards. Side Laneway/Path: Paint metal/timber fascias, gutters, downpipes (changing over from burgundy), and lower baseboards along the side pathway. Prep Work: Light sanding, cleaning down surfaces, scraping loose paint, and spot priming where required. Need a painter to paint over awning facia and sides. Colour is Monument. I think it would need two coats. Need it done on Sunday 16th August so not many cars and people about to get in the way. I think it's just a morning's work and the paint job only needs to last 2 months.
