Drill 2x 10 mm holes in concrete wall, place final panel in position and secure with two dynabolts and a self tapper. I have all tools and fixings. Hi, I’ve got an outdoor awning bracket that’s come. I need it re-secured properly into the solid brick/concrete behind, not just patched into the render. I’m looking for someone to: 1. Remove the bracket. 2. Chip back to solid substrate. 3. Re-anchor the bracket with either masonry anchors or chemical anchors into the brick/concrete. 4. Patch up the render neatly around the bracket and seal it. It’s a small job, so I just need a quote including your call-out fee, labour, and materials. Can you let me know roughly what it would cost and your availability?

MUST HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE. Be prepared to send it over in order to secure the job Lightweight awning to be installed across the length of the balcony about the door/window in order to make the balcony a bit more useful (see pictures attached). It's two pieces one is 2m long and the other is 3m long. Both are a full kit that come with all screws and instructions. Awning will be installed into the render. I am unsure whether the is brick behind the render or not but regardless the awning needs to be secure and weather resistant.

Hi there, I am looking for a builder or handyman to construct and fix a 4m x 1.5m awning to my balcony. I am able to pay cash. The awning is going to be over a balcony, however it is on the second storey of the property. I have attached images of the location and general area. I would like a translucent polycarbonate sheet, intention is to keep the weather off the back door.
