we are looking for a licensed electrician to install a 10 amp wall plug onto two domestic ovens. and write a certificate to say the ovens are able to be used.

We’ve just had a new washing machine delivered but they couldn’t connect it to the cold water tap as needed because there’s a second outlet on the tap that just leaks when the valve is opened. They said a new tap would needed. Pictures of the current one will be provided.

Need a handy worker for a quick 15–20 minute job. There are two small tasks: Task 1 (Plumbing): I am disconnecting a coffee machine and have successfully removed 2 of the 3 water connections. The last joint is stuck (the nut and the fitting are spinning together). Task 2 (Dishwasher): Secure a dishwasher by driving 4 screws into the side cabinetry to stabilize it. You will need to bring a power drill/driver. Please don’t send unrealistic quotes.

Both dishwasher drawers are malfunctioning and won't work properly. Picture attached. Video is also available upon request. Specifically they are non-stop making the humming noise with a wrench symbol. The only way to stop it is to turn it off at the power source - no other buttons work when this mode is activated. My understanding is that F1 error means that the Flood Protection Mode has been activated. However - based on my inspection and investigation - it is not flooded anywhere and there are no excess suds. I have cleaned and checked what I could. It then worked for a few days. And now is again doing it. We have it working again after turning it on and off at the main power source.

The oven door does not close properly so we need this fixed so it does close properly The range hood rails are also not working well so when pulled out it sags down toward the oven

I have a Bosch HomeProfessional heat pump dryer (approx. 2015 model) that is no longer drying efficiently. It runs for several hours (e.g. towels for 4+ hours) and clothes are still damp at the end. It also doesn’t seem to be heating properly. I have already: * Cleaned the lint filter * Cleaned the lower filter * Cleaned the drum moisture sensors This helped slightly but the issue persists. Looking for someone experienced with heat pump dryers (preferably Bosch) to: * Diagnose the issue * Perform a proper internal clean (including condenser if needed) * Advise if repair is worthwhile Happy for repair if reasonable, otherwise just need an honest assessment.
