Hello I have a 210 L gas storage unit and I want to upgrade to a Renai 32 L 60° instantaneous and I need a qualified Gas plumber to install a brand-new unit I’ve already got. There is a PowerPoint nearby 2.2 m away. The gas meter is also 2.2 m on the same wall. The house uses a tempered water line and an untempered line as the house is only 20 years old so it’s a modern build so to speak. There are no windows above or to the side it’s a straight section of brick wall. It would probably be a four hour job. I’m just putting up a nominal hundred bucks because I don’t know what it’s worth and I want to see what the offers are.

After 3 weeks without use my continuous gas water heater has stopped working. It sounds like the unit is attempting to start up and heat up the water with gas flowing but shuts off after a short amount of time probably due to safety mechanism. Suspected likely the igniter is faulty. I have had this issue before when the unit was not used for 3 months. But after a few days it seemed to “magically” fix itself. I should also note that the electrical outlet has been recently replaced and others have been used to test. Also gas is burning on the stove.
