I’d like to know rough cost to install gas line across courtyard to the other side for a pizza oven. Towards the far green grass side there near hedge. Woukd it be doable given gas heater there?

Hi, We need completed the renting requirement - Gas, Electrical & Smoke Alarm safety compliance check as per Residential Tenancies Regulation Doc 2020 Regulation 13, Schedule 3 https://engage.vic.gov.au/rentingregulations this needs to be done by a gas serving type a plumber that can complete all reports and must hold a registration or a licence with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) to carry out gasfitting work. It is a 5 year old apartment with no issues so I would suspect the job to be easy, just need the paperwork please. thank you

Hello. Our gas ducted heating has not switched on this year. We had our hot water changed from gas to electricity and I thought maybe it has something to do with that. Perhaps some air in the lines…I am no expert. We figure it needs a service and a check from someone who is authorised to work with gas appliances
