Replace electric cooktop Blanco BCCT60N to induction Ikea KOLSTAN. Including wiring and sealing seams. Please check the specs of the old and the new cooktop to make sure the wiring is compatible. It's supposed to fit into the existing kitchen bench. I don't think any carpentry is required.

The spin function is failing. Spinning is frequently giving the unbalanced alarm. It CAN complete spin parts of a wash but requires constant attention and redistribution of the load and sometimes we just give up. This has been the case for about six weeks and becoming a very frequent issue. The washing machine is about 8 years old. This is just a fee for a first visit to inspect the problem and quote for a solution. It's a little bit of a tricky job, so just need someone who's keen to come up with a solution and make it happen. We have an electric opening skylight on our roof (relatively easy to access). It’s 7 years old and needs a new motor installing. The current motor is no longer in production so need someone who's up for sourcing a new outdoor window motor installing it and a new rain sensor. There are other motors from the same manufacturer still available - but I'm not sure if the 'connection' to the window mechanism is the same - it may need some alteration or replacement to fit the new motor. My Electrolux 7kg dryer, model EDV705HQWA, has malfunctioned and I'm hopeful it can be repaired. It was making a knocking sound when spinning in one direction but not the other. It did this for about 15 minutes and I was hopeful it would self correct but it did not an no longer spins. The heating still seems fine. When we removed it from the wall it sounded like there was a loose piece in the bottom, do perhaps there's a rod or something that has snapped off? If there is a handy dryer repair person out there who can point me in the right direction I'd greatly appreciate it! - Due date: Flexible
