I need someone to assess and preferably fix them or if unable report back on the necessary steps to rectify the issues. - Vacuum cleaner (Samsung Jet 60): The renter reported that the Samsung vacuum needs to be looked at. She did a deep clean of the apartment and noticed that one of the end compartments near the vacuum head is loose. She’s concerned about using it in case it breaks further or causes more damage. The renter mentioned that the entire part shown below clips on and off the main body of the vacuum, but the issue appears to be in the swivel neck of the head. - Dishwasher (Fisher & Paykel DD60SI7): The renter requested someone to attend and inspect the dishwasher. She ran a regular cycle and it began beeping, and now the door will not fully close. She suspects something may be dislodged in the mechanism at the back, but she does not want to force anything and risk further damage. To access the apartment, you will need to contact the Real Estate Agency managing it.

Cost is negotiable (honestly no idea how much a job might cost so ignore $ amount). You will need to measure before and source materials for which I will pay for. I'd like solid wooden shelves ideally, yet open to melamine or other material. Each shelf needs to be approximately 600mm x 700mm. As you can see from the photo, it's a brick wall.

Which according to web search means that the sensor could be deformed. I think the drain pipe just needs to be checked/unblocked if that’s the issue.
