I have a Samsung 8.5kg/6kg QuickDrive™ Smart Washer Dryer Combo (Model: WD85T984DSH) and the spin function doesn’t seem to be working properly. I’ve already tried running the calibration cycle. Unfortunately, it didn't resolve the issue. Looking for someone experienced with Samsung washer/dryer combos who can diagnose and fix the problem.

Hi The bosh washing machine has the door stuck shut with washing inside. The emergency release tag for the door that is located in the bottom right of the machine is missing - needs to be replaced to release door. Thanks

I had a washer dryer delivered that has been put in place and is ready to be connected to the tap. The appliance delivery service said that because of the size of the machine hose the two would need to be rotated before it could be installed (see photo). Either that or a tap hose would need to be used. Should be an easy job for a plumber.

I moved house recently and the removalists have unscrewed the hose that connects the washing machine to the tap. I can’t screw the hose to the back of the washing machine as it is too tight and has gotten stuck. It may need a tool to fix it
