Hi there, Looking for a tasker today between now and 9 or 10pm. Our fridge (side by side freezer and fridge) freezes things/is too cold. Wanting someone to come and check what's wrong - thermistor, etc. The dishwasher fills up but won't drain - there may be a missing part, I'm not sure, or something to do with hose / garbage disposal etc. Several faucets are a bit wobbly, one sink drain is loose/leaking (a silly previous repair done with silicone has failed), a toilet is quite slow to fill/weak flush, and ceiling fans quite loud/one has rusted. Interested for someone to come and diagnose / tell me how to fix, or quote for fixing. I have been trying to figure it all out but would appreciate the assistance and efficiency of someone who knows what they are doing! There is also some failed silicone caulking around I'd appreciate advice on, and I think the bearings are going in our washing machine. Not sure if it is at the point of a broken spider.

The washing machine is leaking water when washing. Might need servicing as well. Samsung front load bubblewash 8.5kg

The Washing machine also has a dryer function. It keeps over heating when it is in drying mode. Additionally while trying to move the machine, the cold water inlet valve snapped and would need to be replaced. Appreciate seperate quotes for each issue

We needed to replace an induction cooktop, and the new model doesn't fit into the existing hole in our stainless steel benchtop. We urgently need the existing hole widened by approx 15mm so the installation can go ahead. My washing machine (electrolux time manager 7kg EWF1074) would not run when we tried to start it. The washing machine was running when the apartment's main switch tripped. When we turned the washing machine off, the switchboard was working fine. But when we switched the washing machine back on it would not run.

My washing machine has been depositing black bits on our clothing after the wash. We have tried cleaning the rubber seal but it did not help, not sure where the source is. - washing machine (electrolux time manager 7kg EWF1074) bought from previous tenants - used it and black dirt was deposited all over my clothes - inspected the washing machine and found a lot of dirt in the folds of the door seal, so I tried to clean it myself and removed as much dirt as I could - after that, I washed my clothes and again there was black dirt all over my clothes - the washing machine was left unused for 2 months as we were away, so I believe the black dirt that was hiding in the fold of the door seal dried up and flaked off - hard to see in pictures as it is deep in the folds and hard to get in there to take pictures - should the source of the black dirt on my clothes be from some other part of the washing machine, would appreciate that being sorted as well

My heat and glo gas heater pilot is on but when you flick the switch nothing happens, discovered no power to the switch. Suspect the thermopile is faulty.

New Dishwasher needs only cold water in. Unfortunately under the sink is only access to the hot. So I need new hardware sourced and installed to do so. Also 2nd smaller task or replacing perished pan cone rubber from upstairs toilet
