I’ve got a Fisher & Paykel condenser dryer that needs a new drive belt and idler pulley assembly fitted. I already have all the genuine parts ready to go: • Drive Belt • Idler Pulley Assembly • The spring is already in place and doesn’t need replacing unless you recommend it. The old pulley failed (seized bearing), so the drum currently doesn’t spin. The dryer is already opened up with the back panel off, and access is clear — you just need to install the new pulley, fit the belt correctly, and check alignment/tension before closing it back up. Looking for someone experienced with appliance repairs or a competent handyman familiar with dryers. Shouldn’t take more than 30–45 minutes for someone who knows what they’re doing. Please only quote if you’ve previously replaced a dryer belt or idler pulley — it’s a quick job, but I want it done properly.

Ive attached my washing machine to the tap in the garage and the fitting isn’t snug and is leaking a bit. The tap is in an annoying position so it might need an extra large wrench to tighten it, or perhaps it needs a different sized fitting or maybe even a new tap. I live near Bunnings so I am happy to pay for what ever is needed to fix it on the spot I’d just like someone to come have a look and help me get it to stop dripping. I don’t think this one needs a licensed plumber but it would be great if you have plumbing experience. Note. The second tap (in a better position) does not appear to be working at all.
