Fix laptop screen as it no longer turns on (damaged)

I have a 2021 MacBook Pro 14inch with a broken screen. Apple have said it’s just the screen that needs replacing and isn’t a software issue. I need someone to have a spare screen that they can replace on my MacBook. It doesn’t need to be a guide Apple screen.

After an update unfortunately my two email accounts are no longer connected to the emails on my desktop, I can only access them through the browser which is very unpractical. Tried resetting the accounts multiple times unsuccessfully and need some help :)

This is a really easy fix, my partners can't remember the password for his MacBook Air and nothing we have tried to reset it will work (shortcuts, Apple ID etc). Someone more computer savvy than us would have this fixed in 5 minutes I'm sure

Bought new MacBook Air this week. Have transferred data over from previous MacBook Pro. Having issues with Safari not connecting to the server. New MBAir is connected to WIFI account. Spent few hours trouble shooting problem following apple support instructions, still unable to use internet on MacBook Air.

Self explanatory- model is a MacBook Pro 15-inch 2019 - looks like it’s not coming back to life so I’m looking to get photos videos and documents AirTasker fee under the assumption data is successfully recovered, no recovery = no fee (less any transport / travel costs)

I am looking for someone knowledgeable to install chatGPT locally on my new MacBook Pro.

Mac expert: We have an external hard drive that was used as a backup for a MacBook Pro. We are having difficulty opening files from the backup done on 2023 (Photos) on the hard drive. Could be the MacBook Pro needs updated to access them on the hard drive or maybe the hard drive needs some type of update? Anyway wee can't get at the 2023 & 2024 photos on the Time Machine external hard drive back up & need to. I'm sureties a quick jib for someone in the know. MacBook Pro 15 inch from 2019. Must be done at the location in Mosman & not remotely.

I have a new Brother QL-700 label printer that I can’t setup on my MacBook. The Mac sees it as a USB stick (or similar), not a printer. Google says this is a frequent issue with Brother & Macs but I just can’t get the workarounds to work. Need someone with better tech skills than me! Must be available between 10am-2pm on March 17 (Monday). Need the printer connected then a simple mail merge setup to print address labels. Job to be done in person, not remotely. Location is Dolans Bay (near Cronulla) and you'll need to arrive between 11am and midday.

I wanted to erase my content and setting to sell my iMac but I needed to do manually (through command+R and erase Macintosh HD). Now I want to reinstall my MacOS but it's stuck connected to wifi but nothing else is happening.

I have a new computer I need set up so that I can use it for recording. I’d also like to ensure all the software is installed correctly and working. I have a couple of extra fiddly things too. For instance, I need to remove an iCloud account from my old computer. And my outlook keeps on requiring me to sign back in, so some trouble-shooting on these would also be appreciated. Hoping you can come to my place in Redfern and we can work through all this in person. 🙏🏼

The system data (and associated bin) on my Mac desktop are so huge that I can’t upgrade my iOS or install a new program that I need (I have about 2gb spare) I’ve done everything the internet suggests - my caches are empty, bin empty, I have removed all large files. I’ve installed and used ‘clean my Mac’, I even went into the background and managed to delete some stuff but it’s just gone into a bin that I can’t empty. When I try, it says things can’t be deleted because programs are in use - I have shut all programs down but suspect the issue lies with Messages in someway because although I shut it down, it remains active and the files I tried to delete related to it. For someone in the know, I expect this is the work of moments. A box I haven’t ticked somewhere. So I just need someone to get me across that line before I throw the whole thing out… which I can’t afford to do obviously. If the job turns out to be bigger, I’m open to extending the task.
