Current mac desktop is running slow and laggy on start up and when programs operating. Examples include, slow up take when user log in, application start up can sometimes take minutes, chrome & safari slow to respond and operate even with suitable wifi. I have done all the simple trouble shooting I can and now need someone in the know to have a look and no doubt sort some simple fixes. OS - macOS Sequoia 15.8.1 up to date. Storage - 525GB or 1TB Only 2 users and basic functioning of programs and apps.

I have an Apple iMac 2017 model it's been lightly used over the years for a home office mostly reading plans architectural drawings running a couple of accounting packages emails internet browsing what is happened of late is that it has started slowing down dramatically on startup taking more than three to four minutes also the time wheel just keeps toggling whilst I try to open multiple pages and do work sometimes excruciating where I've got to wait for over 5 minutes for it to respond I have called Apple we have done a few tests over the phone on the computer to check its health taking the hard drive and the system itself it all turned out well nothing wrong I'm running a apple hard drive and 8 gig of memory it has two extra slots for another 8 gig of memory which I'm thinking I might do and upgrade the hard drive within external sdd attached to it I would like someone to help me clean up the computer starting with files , desktop images downloads pretty much a deep clean upload a lot of items already on the system so I don't lose them as I will need to transfer them to a new computer eventually , photo's plans invoices must be experiencing this area must be a house call

Apple MacBook Pro 2017 MacBook Screen Repair – Lines at Top of Screen I’m looking for someone experienced with MacBook repairs to diagnose and hopefully fix my 2017 MacBook. The screen has lines appearing at the top, but the display works normally when the screen is positioned at certain angles, especially when the lid is almost closed. I suspect it could be a display/flex cable or connection issue. What I need: * Diagnose the problem * Repair the screen/cable if possible * Ideally avoid replacing the entire screen if it’s just a cable or connection issue Please only apply if you have experience repairing MacBooks and can explain what you think the issue is. I can provide photos/video of the screen issue if needed. Budget: Please quote your price.

This is a large Apple Mac desktop device that I use less frequently these days than perhaps in the past but I have a support.apple.com/mac/start-up and a flashing folder with a ? In it. I’ve tried the basic tricks but it is still not starting correctly and possibly needs a review as it has been performing slowly of recent times as well.
