Find a local Tasker to help wth your Apple device near you

This is a large Apple Mac desktop device that I use less frequently these days than perhaps in the past but I have a support.apple.com/mac/start-up and a flashing folder with a ? In it. I’ve tried the basic tricks but it is still not starting correctly and possibly needs a review as it has been performing slowly of recent times as well.

My son’s MacBook Air has stopped working, when he turned it on it showed a file image with a question mark. He would like to recover his music that he records as well as other data for uni. I don’t know the model it’s at a computer repair shop currently. They were unable to recover the data recovery it sounds like the SD chip in the hard drive is okay but the hard drive itself is not. I will be able to provide the model number tomorrow after I pick it up.

Hi, I have a 27-inch Apple iMac (Retina, around 2017 model) that is stuck on the Apple logo with a progress bar and won’t fully boot. I’ve tried recovery mode but it doesn’t complete properly.
