Hey! I recently self-installed my washing machine at an apartment I’ve just moved into. It’s a Haier 7.5kg front-loading washing machine. It’s able to turn-on, and start a cycle with water running but I think it isn’t draining appropriately. About halfway into any cycle, it stops and asks to clear the pump filter. When I do that, I drain a large amount of water, but no debris. I believe the issue is that the drainage pipe isn’t draining the water appropriately. It may be too short or kinked. I’d really like if someone with some experience could attend my unit, help troubleshoot this problem and then repair if possible - including some extension tubing if that’s the issue.
