Hi there, Our washing machine is already installed but for some reason our clothes come out piping hot even when on cold wash. There is clearly some issue with the installation We would like someones assistance in fixing that.

The water inlet at the wall has a cap that is very tightly screwed on and cannot be taken off by hand. The inlet is in a very difficult spot to reach which means proper plumbing tools are required.

Patio heater is not operating. Pilot light works, but flame goes out when the dial is turned to allow gas to enter. This could be the thermocouple or tilt switch. I tried cleaning the thermocouple, but it did not help, so may need replacement.
