We have moved into a place that has natural gas, and it has a port outside to plug in a bbq. However it is not working with the BBQ we have. I suspect the valve has deteriorated and is not releasing properly. We need someone to inspect, repair and if necessary replace the outlet.

Please confirm whether removal and disposal of the existing cooktop is included. The apartment is located in Pyrmont, within a strata building, and parking is provided on site.
