Our apartment tenants have informed us that the gas stove top won't ignite. All burners have no clicking sounds when pushed down, but there is gas coming out so they have been using a lighter to get it started. It is an approx 4 year old AEG branded stove top.

I'd like a gas cook top and a gas oven disconnected and pulled out from the cavities - ready to replace with new appliances. If you do the job well, I will book you in again another day to come in and install the new appliances (I can't have them done on the same day as I need some electrical work done before the oven goes in). I have 3 expensive lighters that I need someone to look at please. Essentially the lighters all displayed the same fault, perhaps I've put to much gas in the chambers but the gas leaked, 2 occasions while in use & ... boom! Not happy Jane. I can't let go of sentimental value behind 2 of them, but if there anyone out there semi qualified even - i'll happily consider almost any reasonable quote to fix.

I moved into a new home and the gas oven doesn’t work, cooktop does. Oven lights up but no heat. Could be a simple connection problem.
