Please do the following: - Pick up materials from supplier • Isolate gas • Disconnect and remove existing oven to gain access to the gas cooktop connection • Disconnect and remove existing gas cooktop flexible connection • Disconnect and remove the cap from the cooktop gas supply line • Supply and install a new gas male/female elbow to the cooktop gas connection • Reconnect the existing gas cooktop flexible connection • Reinstate the gas supply and test all connections for leaks to ensure safe operation • Reinstall the existing oven • Test works

Budget $120 for inspection and simple clearing of washing machine drain/filter area. Machine is not draining properly and the pump filter may be stuck or blocked. I need someone experienced with built-in dishwasher removal and reinstallation. We have had a mouse issue in the kitchen area. I now suspect there may be mouse access behind or underneath the built-in dishwasher, possibly around pipe holes, wall/floor gaps, electrical cable openings, or the kickboard cavity. I need the dishwasher carefully pulled out enough to access the space behind and underneath it, so I can check for mouse droppings and possible entry gaps. If obvious gaps are found, I would like them sealed using stainless steel mesh/copper mesh/steel wool and sealant. I already have sealant/materials, or we can discuss what is needed. Afterwards, the dishwasher needs to be reinstalled properly.
