Hoping to get a quote for the repair- note budget is indicative only and will be adjusted based on the offer. Roller door motor can no longer open the door. The motor makes noise, but the door moves very slowly. When I disable the motor I can open/close the door by hand with ease - however there is no way to lock the door closed without engaging the motor. The door is also very noisy/squeaking, and there is significant debris inside the roller from previous birds nesting.
